FAT HARDWARE UNITS. FAT shall be conducted by the Contractor on MK 48 MOD 7 APB6/TI-1 EDM delivered hardware as follows:  GCB FIR (using Contractor proposed, and Government approved, test setups and procedures) FAT shall be conducted by the Contractor on MK 48 MOD 7 APB6/TI-1 POD hardware as follows:  G&C Section (using Contractor proposed, and Government approved, test setups and procedures)  G&C Section FIRs (using Contractor proposed, and Government approved, test setups and procedures)  WES Kit (using Contractor proposed, and Government approved, test setups and procedures)  Cable Assemblies (using Contractor proposed, and Government approved, test setups and procedures) FAT shall be conducted by the Contractor on MK 48 MOD 7 APB6/TI-1 POM and LRIP delivered hardware as follows:  G&C Section (using the MK 48 MOD 7 APB6/TI-1 G&C Section Factory Test Equipment described in Section C-7.1.2 of the SOW, and certified as described in Section C-7.4 of the SOW).  G&C Section FIRs (using the MK 48 MOD 7 APB6/TI-1 G&C Section FIR Factory Test Equipment and DSA Factory Test Equipment and WLIA Factory Test Equipment described in Sections C-7.1.4, C-7.1.5, and C-7.1.6 of the SOW and certified as described in Section C-7.4 of the SOW). The IMU Factory Test Equipment shall be used as described in Section C-7.1.8 of the SOW, and certified as described in Section C-7.4 of the SOW.  WES Kit (using the MK 48 MOD 7 APB6/TI-1 WES Kit Factory Test Equipment described in Section C-7.1.10 of the SOW, and certified as described in Section C-7.4 of the SOW).

  • E10 Malicious Software E10.1 The Contractor shall, as an enduring obligation throughout the Contract Period, use the latest versions of anti-virus definitions available from an industry accepted anti-virus software vendor to check for and delete Malicious Software from the ICT Environment.

  • Hardware and Software In order to use the Services, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible mobile hardware and software as specified by Credit Union from time to time. Credit Union is not responsible for any third party software you may need to use the Services. Any such software is accepted by you as is and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement you enter into directly with the third party software provider at time of download and installation.

  • Supplemental JBoss Software Conditions Software Access and Software Maintenance for Supplemental JBoss Software is intended and available for Development Purposes only and for up to 25 users for each 16 Core Band Subscription of Red Hat JBoss Middleware Software that you purchased. If you deploy or use the Supplemental JBoss Software for Production Purposes or for more than 25 users, you agree to purchase the appropriate Software Subscriptions for each Unit that you deploy or use. Red Hat’s Open Source Assurance Program applies only to the Red Hat JBoss Middleware Software Subscription that you purchased (such as Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform in the example above) and does not apply to Supplemental JBoss Software. JBoss xPaaS Subscriptions (defined below) are not considered Supplemental JBoss Software. Each installation and use of JBoss xPaaS Subscriptions Software for either Development Purposes or Production Purposes is a Unit and requires a paid Software Subscription.

  • Local Circuit Switching Capability, including Tandem Switching Capability 4.2.1 Local circuit switching capability is defined as: (A) line-side facilities, which include, but are not limited to, the connection between a loop termination at a main distribution frame and a switch line card; (B) trunk-side facilities, which include, but are not limited to, the connection between trunk termination at a trunk-side cross-connect panel and a switch trunk card; (C) switching provided by remote switching modules; and (D) all features, functions, and capabilities of the switch, which include, but are not limited to: (1) the basic switching function of connecting lines to lines, line to trunks, trunks to lines, and trunks to trunks, as well as the same basic capabilities made available to BellSouth’s customers, such as a telephone number, white page listings, and dial tone; and (2) all other features that the switch is capable of providing, including but not limited to customer calling, customer local area signaling service features, and Centrex, as well as any technically feasible customized routing functions provided by the switch. Any features that are not currently available but are technically feasible through the switch can be requested through the BFR/NBR process.

  • Software Upgrades Software Upgrades consist of new product releases which are issued periodically and may include new functionality, enhancements, and bug fixes. Software Upgrades are provided only for standard hardware platforms and operating systems supported by COMSPOC as described in the Documentation. Software Upgrades will apply only to unmodified Software and commercially released updated versions of the Software. You are responsible for making or arranging for updates to interfaces for nonstandard devices or custom applications. Software Upgrades are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the then current and applicable COMSPOC Software License Agreement, available on COMSPOC’s website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/sla or with the deliverable Software or upon request. All major product releases and maintenance releases will be made available and may be shipped directly to you, upon request by contacting your COMSPOC point of contact or xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx. You may upgrade to the latest product version at any time during the term of the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement. If you opt not to renew the Annual Support and Upgrade Agreement, You have 60 days from the end of the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement term to upgrade to the latest product version available prior to the end of the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement term. If You request an upgrade beyond this 60-day period, You will be required to renew the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement in order to upgrade to the latest product version.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.

  • DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTOR PRICE LIST AND CONTRACT APPENDICES Contractor shall provide Authorized Users with electronic copies of the Contract, including price lists and Appendices, upon request. OGS CENTRALIZED CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS Contract Updates will be handled as provided in Appendix C – Contract Modification Procedures.
