Software Upgrades definition

Software Upgrades means certain modifications or revisions to the Software but excludes products for which Forcepoint generally charges a separate fee.
Software Upgrades means periodic updates to the Software issued by the Vendor to the Owner under Warranty and Software maintenance obligations to correct Defects or Deficiencies in the Software relating to PCS Products.

More Definitions of Software Upgrades

Software Upgrades means functionality beyond existing Software applications currently licensed to Customer and may be subject to additional fees.
