Fax Transmissions. This Lease may be transmitted between the parties by facsimile machine. Landlord and Tenant intend that faxed signatures constitute original signatures and that a faxed Lease containing the signatures (original or faxed) of Landlord and Tenant is binding on Landlord and Tenant.
