FCC PERMITS. Lessee will apply for and obtain, at its sole cost and expense, FCC construction permits applicable to the installation of the Facilities, and will meet all FCC license and other requirements and restrictions. The FCC construction permit(s) must be approved before any construction or installation activity begins. A completed copy of Lessee's FCC application and License will be supplied to Lessor along with the executed agreement.
