Permits, Licenses, Approvals. Borrower shall (i) timely obtain, in accordance with the Construction Schedule and in conformity with the Plans, building permits and all other permits and licenses, and all approvals or consents of Governmental Authorities and appropriate bodies or persons pursuant to any restrictive covenants, required with respect to the construction of the Improvements; and (ii) obtain prior to the Completion Date, certificates of occupancy and all other permits and licenses required with respect to the occupancy and use of the Property for its intended purposes.
Permits, Licenses, Approvals. To the best of Borrower's knowledge, (i) Borrower has obtained and will maintain all necessary certificates, licenses, permits and other approvals, governmental and otherwise, necessary for the operation of the Premises and the conduct of its business, and (ii) the Land and the Improvements and the intended use thereof by Borrower comply with all applicable Legal Requirements.

The ability or obligation for Lessee obtaining an occupancy permit from the Village of Belgium or for Lessee obtaining any other permits, licenses and approvals of any nature whatsoever whether from the Village of Belgium, the County of Sheboygan, the State of Wisconsin or other appropriate agency, department or authority allowing Lessee to use the Leased Premises for its intended or actual use or otherwise is not a condition precedent to Lessee entering into this Lease, enforceability of the Lease in accordance with its terms or for any other reason or purpose whatsoever (herein collectively the "Permits"). Lessor makes no representation or warranty of any nature to Lessee regarding the necessity or advisability of such Permits. Lessee shall be solely responsible for the costs of all such Permits

Borrower shall (a) timely obtain, in accordance with the Construction Schedule and in conformity with the Plans, building permits and all other permits and licenses, and all approvals or consents of Governmental Agencies and appropriate bodies or Persons pursuant to any restrictive covenants, required with respect to the construction of the Improvements; (b) obtain prior to the date Completion has occurred, certificates of occupancy and all other permits and licenses required with respect to the occupancy and use of the Collateral for its intended purposes; and (c) obtain prior to the date Borrower has commenced operating any portion of the Project, all permits, licenses, approvals and consents of Governmental Agencies, and any other approvals or consents necessary to operate the Project for its intended purposes.
Permits, Licenses, Approvals. Selling Advisor has and maintains, and has paid all fees due and payable in connection with, all permits, licenses, authorizations, registrations, approvals and consents of Governmental Authorities necessary for (i) the activities and business of such Selling Advisor as currently conducted and as proposed to be conducted, (ii) the ownership, use, operation and maintenance of its properties, facilities and assets and (iii) the performance by each Selling Advisor of this Agreement. No Selling Advisor is required to have a Life Settlement broker or provider license to perform its obligations under this Agreement.

To the best of Borrower’s knowledge, Borrower has obtained and will maintain, or will cause tenants of the Premises to obtain and maintain, all necessary certificates, licenses, permits and other approvals, governmental and otherwise, necessary for the operation of the Premises and the conduct of its business.
