FCC Reports. Promptly upon their becoming available, copies of any and all periodic or special reports filed by the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries with the FCC or with any other Federal, state or local governmental authority, if such reports indicate any material adverse change in the business, operations, affairs or condition of the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries, and copies of any and all notices and other communications from the FCC or from any other Federal, state or local governmental authority with respect to the Borrower, any of its Subsidiaries or any Satellite relating to any matter that could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
