FDA Compliance of Labels and Advertising. It is Buyer's obligation to ensure that All labels and advertising relating to the Product sold hereunder must strictly comply with all applicable rules and regulations of the FDA and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations, including but not limited to FDA requirements relating to product ingredients.
