If this Order indicates on its face that it is placed under a United States Government Contract or Grant, then the Order is subject to all applicable requirements of 2 CFR § 215 "Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Agreements with Institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals and Other Non-Profit Organizations," Grant General Conditions (GC-1) 01/09, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and Defense Department Supplement to the Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS), each being incorporated herein by reference with the same effect as if they were fully set forth.
