Federal-Aid Highway Construction Contractors Annual EEO Report. The Contractor shall submit all required data to produce an annual Form FHWA 1391 Federal-Aid Highway Construction Contractors Annual EEO Report to the Department not later than the second Friday in August covering the last payroll period worked in July, for all ongoing Federal-Aid contracts. The data shall indicate the number of minority men, minority women, non-minority men, and non-minority women employees currently engaged in each trade.
