Federal and State Law. A. Nothing contained herein shall deny to any teacher rights under State or Federal Constitutions or laws. B. A grievant shall not use the grievance procedure to appeal any decision of the Board or administration if such decision is pursuant to any order of or written agreement with any State or Federal regulatory commission or agency or any court order.
