FEDERAL AND STATE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS. The SEEO and Administration shall establish a committee to review and discuss the impact of Federal and State legal requirements on local program. The committee shall consist of Administration and Organization leaders. The SEEO representatives shall be designated by the SEEO President. The committee may bring options for discussion to the respective groups. Any suggested changes shall be brought to the Labor Management Committee and DEW Committee.
