Other Legal Requirements. Each party shall observe and comply with all other Legal Requirements applicable to this Agreement; and without limitation, the Provider shall ensure that all Placements and its treatment of Trainee Teachers when on Placement with it shall comply with all applicable Legal Requirements.

  • Governmental Actions means any and all consents, approvals, permits, orders, authorizations, waivers, exceptions, variances, exemptions or licenses of, or registrations, declarations or filings with, any Governmental Authority required under any Governmental Rules.
