FEDERAL ASSURANCES AND CERTIFICATIONS. To the extent they apply, Developer certifies it has reviewed the Federal Assurances and Certifications in Attachment B and that Developer is in compliance with all requirements contained therein. Developer certifies it is in compliance with all other applicable federal laws, rules, or regulations, pertaining to this Contract. V. FEDERAL AND STATE FUNDING, RECAPTURE OF FUNDS, AND OVERPAYMENT 5.01 FEDERAL FUNDING a) Funding for this Contract is appropriated under The Supplemental Appropriations for Disaster Relief Requirements, 2017 (Pub. L. 115-56), approved September 9, 2017, to facilitate disaster recovery, restoration, economic revitalization, and to affirmatively further fair housing in accordance with Executive Order 12892, related to disaster relief, long-term recovery, restoration of infrastructure and housing, and economic revitalization in the most impacted and distressed areas resulting from damage caused by Hurricane Xxxxxx which are Presidentially-declared major disaster areas under Title IV of the Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5121 et. seq.). The fulfillment of this Contract is based on those funds being made available to the GLO as the lead administrative agency. All expenditures under this Contract must be made in accordance with this Contract, the rules and regulations promulgated under the CDBG-DR Program, and any other applicable laws.
