Common use of Federal Aviation Act, Section 308 Clause in Contracts

Federal Aviation Act, Section 308. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to grant to Lessee any exclusive right or privilege within the meaning of Section 308 of the Federal Aviation Act, as codified in 49 USC § 40103, et seq., for the conduct of any activity on the Airport, except that, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, Lessee shall have the right to possess the Premises under this Agreement. The rights granted under this Agreement are nonexclusive, and County reserves the right to grant similar privileges to another lessee or other lessees for other parts of the Airport.
