Federal Award Description. The Grantee must use the Federal funds provided under this Grant Agreement (Grant Funds) to carry out the Grantee’s “Project.” Unless changed in accordance with Article III, section C of this Grant Agreement, the Grantee’s Project shall be as described in the Project Narrative that is approved by HUD as of the date that HUD signs this Grant Agreement. For reference, HUD will attach this approved Project Narrative as Appendix 1 to the Grant Agreement on the date that HUD signs this Grant Agreement.
