Federal Clauses. The following provisions apply to all Contracts which are funded in whole or in part with federal funds including without limitation the following. 1. Interest of Members of or Delegates to the United States Congress In accordance with 41 U.S.C. § 22, the Contractor agrees that it will not admit any member of or delegate to the United States Congress to any share or part of the Contract or any benefit derived therefrom.
