Common use of Federal Court Clause in Contracts

Federal Court. All fees received for Federal Court appearances or services shall be retained by the employee. An employee on “Jury Duty Leave” shall receive his/her regular salary less any amount received for services, up to but not in excess of his/her regular daily rate of pay. Within fifteen (15) days of receipt, the employee is required to present the Court check to the business office for verification of leave time.
