Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Reporting. Consultant shall report DBE utilization to District on the DBE Utilization Report, State Water Board Form DBE UR334. Consultant must submit such reports to District annually within ten (10) calendar days preceding October 1 until such time as the "Notice of Completion" is issued. Consultant shall comply with 40 CFR § 33.301, and all DBE requirements set forth elsewhere in the Contract Documents.
