Federal Drug Utilization Review Reporting. (A) The Contractor shall assist the Department in collecting any data that the Department needs to complete the Federal Drug Utilization Review Report. (B) The Contractor shall provide the Department with any information requested by the Department to complete the Federal Drug Utilization Review report within 30 days of the Department’s request. If the Contractor fails to respond to the request in a timely manner, the Department may impose sanctions as allowed in Article 14 of this Contract.
