Common use of Federal Funds Clause in Contracts

Federal Funds. To the extent that any Purchaser uses federal funds to purchase Goods and/or Services pursuant to this Contract, such Purchaser shall specify, with its Purchase Order, any applicable requirement or certification that must be satisfied by Contractor at the time the Purchase Order is placed or upon delivery of such Goods and/or Services to Purchaser.

Federal Funds. To the extent that any Purchaser uses federal funds to purchase Goods and/or Services pursuant to this Contract, such Purchaser shall specify, with its Purchase Order, any applicable requirement or certification that must be satisfied by Contractor at the time the Purchase Order is placed or upon delivery of such Goods and/or Services to Purchaserplaced.

To the extent that any Purchaser uses federal funds to purchase Goods Fuels and/or Services pursuant to this Master Contract, such Purchaser shall specify, with its Purchase Order, any applicable requirement or certification that must be satisfied by Contractor at the time the Purchase Order is placed or upon delivery of such Goods and/or Fuels/Services to Purchaser.
