Common use of Federal Housing Administration debentures Clause in Contracts

FHLMC senior debt obligations, and FannieMae senior debt obligations, but excluding any of such securities whose terms do not provide for payment of a fixed dollar amount upon maturity or call for redemption; and consolidated senior debt obligations of any Federal Home Loan Banks; provided, that any such investment shall be rated (or have an implied rating) in one of the two highest ratings categories by each Rating Agency;
