Common use of Federal Inspections Clause in Contracts

Federal Inspections. Lessee agrees that, prior to reversion of the Leased Premises to the United States, employees and authorized agents of the Bureau of Land Management (“BLM”) may conduct underground inspections of the Leased Premises, both independently and in cooperation with the State in its capacity as Lessor. After reversion, employees and authorized agents of BLM may conduct underground inspections of the Leased Premises under the authority of applicable federal laws and regulations. ML 49443-OBA
