Federal Maritime Commission Regulations. This Lease may be subject to the Shipping Act of 1984, the Shipping Act of 1916, the Ocean Shipping Reform Act of 1998, and their respective implementing regulations. No future amendment or modification to this instrument will be effective until the appropriate procedures, if any, have been completed in accordance with the procedures of the appropriate federal agency which has jurisdiction over the Shipping Acts.
