FEDERAL REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS. Subrecipient shall make itself familiar with and comply with the federal regulatory requirements for federal financial assistance awards included in the Code of Federal Regulations.
FEDERAL REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that it is in compliance with all federal regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to CDBG-NDR requirement outlined in Exhibit A, and other regulatory requirements tied to this funding source.
