Federal, State and Local Taxes. Except as may be otherwise provided in this Agreement, the SUBCONTRACTOR’S award amount includes all applicable Federal, State, and local taxes and duties, and therefore, SUBCONTRACTOR shall be responsible for paying all such costs.
