Federally Assisted Contract. If AGREEMENT is funded in whole or in part by the Federal Government, CONTRACTOR agrees to comply with the Federal labor standards provisions set forth in the Special Provisions. If the Federal prevailing wage determinations differ from the State's, CONTRACTOR shall not pay less than the higher of the two rates.
