Fee Adjustments During a Billing Period. The Subscription Fee will increase during the course of a Billing Period if you exceed your Maximum Contacts or Users in a Billing Period. In this case, the Subscription Fee will increase to the tier price which corresponds with your maximum number of Contacts and Users from the current Billing Period. The Subscription Fee will also increase during a Billing Period up to the corresponding base package and tier price (as set forth on our Pricing Page) if you change products or subscribe to additional features for use during the Billing Period. This process will continue for each Billing Period during the Subscription Term. We determine the number of Contacts and Users in the Subscription Service. At your request, we will provide you with the detail we used to reach our conclusion. Once increased, your Subscription Fee will not decrease, even if there is a subsequent reduction in the number of Contacts.
Fee Adjustments During a Billing Period. If you (i) subscribe for additional Users (ii) upgrade products or base packages, (iii) subscribe to additional features or products, you will be invoiced for the additional Subscription Fee pro-rated the remaining Billing Period.

The Subscription Fee will increase during a Billing Period up to the corresponding base package if you exceed the Storage Limit, add Paid Users, exceed other applicable limits, change products or subscribe to additional features for use during the Billing Period. We may choose to decrease your fees upon written notice to you.

For our Estimator Products, the Subscription Fee will increase during the course of a Billing Period if you exceed your Consultation Limit in a Billing Period. In this case, the Subscription Fee will increase to the tier price which corresponds with your maximum monthly Consultations from the current Billing Period.
Fee Adjustments During a Billing Period. For our Subscription Services, if you reach your Email Send Limit, you will not be able to send any more emails until the start of the next calendar month, including emails pre-scheduled to go out after reaching the Email Send Limit. For our Subscription Services you may increase your Email Send Limit by upgrading to the next product level.
Fee Adjustments During a Billing Period. The Subscription Fee will remain fixed during a Billing Period. However, it may increase during a Billing Period up to the corresponding base package and tier price only if you exceed any limit on usage as expressed in Order Form(s), change products or subscribe to additional features for use during the Billing Period. We may choose to decrease your fees upon written notice to you.
