Fee Amount. Altisource shall charge, and Residential agrees to pay, as compensation for the Acquisition and Sales Support Services, as set forth in the Acquisition and Sales Support SOW, fees as defined below. Altisource or Altisource’s Affiliates shall be appropriately licensed to perform the work required to receive compensation for its services.
