FEE AND PAYMENT. 3.1. Unless otherwise stated in the Commercial Terms, the Licensee shall pay the Fee to the Publisher within 28 days of receipt of the Publisher’s invoice. 3.2. For the avoidance of doubt, the Fee shall be exclusive of any sales, use, value added, non- recoverable, withholding or other taxes and the Licensee shall be liable for any such taxes in addition to the Fee.
