Planned Interruptions. We may arrange retailer planned interruptions
Planned Interruptions. If there is a planned interruption to the services, we will minimise the inconvenience to you in accordance with our Customer Charter and the Price and Service Plan. Where practicable, we will provide you with 2 business days written notice of the planned interruption or publish a notice in a newspaper circulating generally in the area which the planned interruption is to take place detailing: 9.2.1. the extent of the planned interruption; 9.2.2. the reason for the planned interruption; 9.2.3. the time at which the planned interruption will occur; and 9.2.4. the time at which, or circumstances, if any, when the services will return to normal.

Planned Interruptions. If there is a Planned Interruption to Services, we will minimise the inconvenience to You and restore the Services as soon as practicable. Where practicable, we will provide You with two Business Days’ written notice of the Planned Interruption or publish a notice in a newspaper circulating generally in the area in which the Planned Interruption is to take place detailing: (a) the extent, reason and time of the Planned Interruption; and (b) the time at which, or circumstances, if any, when the Services will return to normal. If You are registered with us as a Special Needs Customer then we will contact You at least four Business Days before a Planned Interruption, unless You request a longer period of notice and it is reasonable and practical for us to accommodate your request.
Planned Interruptions. Franchisee may intentionally interrupt service on the Cable System only for good cause and for the shortest time possible and, except in emergency situations or to the extent necessary to correct Subscribers' Service problems, only after a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours prior notice to Subscribers and the Town of the anticipated service interruption; provided, however, that planned maintenance that does not require more than two (2) hours' interruption of Service shall not require notice and planned maintenance that occurs between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. shall not require notice.
Planned Interruptions. 4.6.1 The Company provides equipment and operational systems to industry standard levels of redundancy and contingency. However during the Service Period occasional interruptions of Service to the Customer may be required for repairs to or maintenance, testing or improvement of the systems operated by the Company and/or the Satellite Provider (“Planned Interruptions”). The Company shall, wherever possible give the Customer at least forty eight (48) hours notice of any such Planned Interruption and shall use its reasonable endeavours to minimise any disruption of the Service. 4.6.2 The Company shall not in any event be held liable for any loss or damage arising out of or caused by any Planned Interruptions caused or requested by the Satellite Provider unless and to the extent that the Company can recover compensation for such loss or damage from the Satellite Provider. The Company shall pay any compensation recovered from the Satellite Provider to the Customer as soon as reasonably practicable after the Company receives any such compensation.
Planned Interruptions. If an End User contacts the User regarding a planned interruption or disconnection, the User must refer the End User to Allgas’ ‘Customer Service Centre’ number set out in Schedule 2 or such other number as notified in writing by Allgas to the User from time to time.
Planned Interruptions. Planned Interruptions occur in situations where the Company determines the need for the interruption in advance, such as: (i) To enable the Company to inspect, effect alterations, maintenance, repairs or additions to any part of the Network; or (ii) To avoid the risk of danger to persons, damage to property or interference with the regularity or efficiency of Services or Line Services; or (iii) To preserve and protect the proper working of the Network; (iv) To meet the Company’s obligations to the System Operator in respect of the System Operator’s Network or to any other network owner in respect of that network owner’s distribution network; or (v) If supply of Electricity to a Point of Connection is or will be reduced, impaired or interrupted; or (vi) In accordance with Good Industry Practice; (vii) To accommodate any Retailer in the event of an envisaged shortage of electricity; or (viii) To allow any Retailer to inspect, effect alterations, maintain or repair any fittings owned by any Retailer.
Planned Interruptions. 11.1 The process of planned interruptions shall be in conformity with the rules defined in Transmission Grid Code, approved with ERE Decision. 11.2 OST vlerëson kërkesën e (F) dhe kthen përgjigje mbi pranimin xxx xx të kërkesës, ditën e nesërme të marrjes së saj. In order to allow the Supplier (S) to take the appropriate measured, TSO company in conformity with the annual overhauls program, reconciled between the parties, shall inform in written form the Supplier (S) not later than 20 days before the start of the maintenance woks, by specifying the extent of the works and the object (location) where these works shall be performed. After this notification TSO has the right to begin the maintenance works without the need of a prior approval by the Supplier (S) . In case the Supplier (S) has reasonable justifications to require electricity not interruption, shall inform TSO company within three working days after receiving the notification for the overhaul. TSO company considers the request of the Supplier (S) and responds on accepting or not the requirement within the next day after receiving it. 11.3 TSO company is obliged to conclude the works within the notified deadline.
Planned Interruptions. Planned interruptions occur in situations where the Distributor determines the need for the interruption in accordance with Good Industry Practice, including: 6.1.1 To enable the Distributor to inspect, effect alterations, maintenance, repairs or additions to any part of the Distribution Network; or 6.1.2 To avoid the risk of danger to persons, damage to property or interference with the regularity or efficiency of Delivery; or 6.1.3 To preserve and protect the proper working of the Distribution Network, and meeting the Distributor’s obligations to Transpower or any other network owner through which the Distributor directly or indirectly takes a supply of electricity; or 6.1.4 For the Distributor’s Load Management Service as specified in clause 7; or 6.1.5 If supply of electricity to a Network Supply Point is or will be reduced, impaired or interrupted; or 6.1.6 In the event of an occurrence of Force Majeure; or 6.1.7 To accommodate the Electricity Retailer in the event of an envisaged shortage of electricity; or 6.1.8 To allow the Electricity Retailer to inspect, effect alterations, maintain or repair any Fittings owned by the Electricity Retailer or Consumer.
