Fee for Application for Collocation on Service Pole Permit Due with Application. (a) City will charge an application and permit fee for the Application for Collocation of a Network Node on a Service Pole Location in accordance with Chapter 284, Sec. 284.156. (b) Licensee shall pay the City the Ch. 284, Sec. 284.156 application and permit fees at the time of the submittal of the application for the permits. Except as provided for in this Agreement, application and permit fees are non-refundable.
