Common use of Fee for Service Clause in Contracts

Fee for Service. The Children's Waiver is a fee-for-service Medicaid program. The MDHHS shall reimburse the CMHSP, in accordance with MDHHS-approved budgets and Medicaid reimbursement policies, for xxxxxxxx submitted by the CMHSP for each beneficiary with a MDHHS approved Children's Waiver. The CMHSP will be reimbursed based on the xxxxxxxx submitted, as this program shall not be pre-paid.
