FEE FOR SERVICE. The Children's Waiver is a fee-for-service Medicaid program. The MDCH shall reimburse the CMHSP, in accordance with MDCH-approved budgets and Medicaid reimbursement policies, for xxxxxxxx submitted by the CMHSP for each beneficiary with a MDCH approved Children's Waiver. The CMHSP will be reimbursed based on the xxxxxxxx submitted, as this program shall not be pre-paid.
