Fee Waivers. 1. All bargaining unit members in the District shall have access to the utilization of fee waiver cards. 2. The Fee Waiver/Tuition Reimbursement Committee shall be composed of the Superintendent/Designee, the Association President, and up to four (4) bargaining unit members selected by the Association. 3. The Superintendent/Designee and the Association President shall serve as co-chairpersons. 4. The Fee Waiver/Tuition Reimbursement Committee shall meet each September to establish guidelines for the ensuing year, and at other times deemed necessary by the chairpersons.
