Common use of Fees and Gratuities Clause in Contracts

Fees and Gratuities. Contractor shall not, nor shall it permit any agent, employee or subcontractor employed by it to request, solicit, or demand either directly or indirectly, any compensation or gratuity for the collection of Solid Waste, Organics, or Recyclables otherwise required to be collected under this Agreement. Contractor shall not, nor shall it pem1it any agent, employee or subcontractor employed by it to accept any monetary compensation or gratuity for the collection of Solid Waste otherwise required to be collected under this Agreement.
