Common use of Fees and Gratuities Clause in Contracts

Fees and Gratuities. Contractor shall not, nor shall it permit any agent, employee, or subcontractors employed by it to, request, solicit, demand, or accept, either directly or indirectly, any compensation or gratuity for the Collection, Transportation, Recycling, processing, and Disposal of Solid Waste other than as required under this Agreement.
