Common use of Fees Billing and Payment Clause in Contracts

In consideration for the Services we perform, Fees shall be charged based on Hiring Option i.e. number of hours/week you have chosen, multiplied by the Hourly Rate as agreed in this agreement and mentioned on the Sign-up Form submitted by you online and updated from time to time and agreed in writing via email.
