Common use of Fees, Exactions, and Conditions Clause in Contracts

Fees, Exactions, and Conditions. Except as expressly set forth in Section 2.8 (relating to Community Benefits), Section 4.2 (relating to modifications), and Section 5.2 (relating to Subsequent Code Changes) below, the City shall charge and impose only those fees, exactions, conditions, and standards of construction set forth in this Agreement, including Exhibit “F”) attached hereto, and no others. If any of the conditions set forth on Exhibit “F” are satisfied by others, Developer shall be deemed to have satisfied such conditions.
