Fees for Administrative Management Services; Reimbursement. In consideration for the provision of the Administrative Management Services by the Manager to the Company, the Company shall pay the Manager a monthly management fee (the “Management Fee”) in the amount of US$10,000.00 (ten thousand United States dollars) in accordance with Section 6.2. In addition, the Company shall reimburse the Manager for all of the reasonable direct and indirect costs and expenses incurred by the Manager and its Affiliates in providing the Administrative Management Services (the “Costs and Expenses”).
