Fees for Changes in Project Scope. 6.2.1 For reductions in the scope of the Work of the Project that occur after commencement of the Construction Documents Phase the Architect/Engineer’s fee for basic services related to the eliminated portion of the work, to the extent such services are provided, shall be negotiated with the Owner. 6.2.2 For increases in the scope of Work of the Project that occur after commencement of the Construction Documents Phase , the fee for the additional Basic Services required will be negotiated with the Owner.
