Fees for optional services requested by Customer. In consideration for the services listed below (collectively, “Optional Service(s)”) rendered during the Service Period upon the request of Customer and in accordance with this Agreement, Customer agrees to pay, during the Original Period, TRISTAR at the following rates (“Optional Rates”) in accordance with Section A.7, subject to any increases made in accordance with Section A.4, for as long as the Optional Services are provided: i) For each additional Informational Services user in excess of four (4): Seven Hundred Fifty dollars ($750) per user (“Additional User Rate”); ii) OSHA Reporting on behalf of Customer (beyond certain data provided by TRISTAR to Customer related to OSHA): Four Thousand dollars ($4,000) per year (“OSHA Rate”); iii) Standard Data File (monthly): One Thousand Two Hundred dollars ($1,200) per year (“Data File Rate”); and
