Annual Services Fees. The “Annual Services Fees” for the Services are set forth in Schedule 3 and, subject to the terms of Sections 2.3.3 and 6.3, shall be invoiced monthly in twelve (12) equal payments commencing, for each of the Service Tower Services, on the applicable Handover Date.
