Common use of Fees for Professional Services and Training Services Clause in Contracts

Fees for Professional Services and Training Services. The fees associated with the performance of the Professional Services and/or Training Services will be as set forth in the Order Form applicable to such Services. Fees do not include travel and related expenses incurred as a result of delivering the Services, and Customer will be responsible for such travel and related expenses unless indicated otherwise in the applicable Order Form.
