Fees for Services: Compensation of Manager and Portfolio Managers. The compensation of the Manager for its services under this Agreement shall be calculated and paid by the Fund in accordance with the attached Exhibit A. The Manager will compensate the Portfolio Managers as provided in the Portfolio Management Agreement entered into with the Portfolio Managers from time to time.
