Services Fee 5.1 The Transmission Services performed by TSO to Network User under this Standard Transmission Agreement are subject to the applicable Services fee calculated in accordance with attachment A of the Access Code for Transmission. In the event of any modification to the Regulated Tariffs, the Total Monthly Fee(s) and the Total Monthly Self-billing Fee(s) provided for in this Article 5.1 shall be adapted as from the calendar day of the entering into force of the modifications.
Services Fees The Fees are stated on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. Stripe may revise the Fees at any time. If Stripe revises the Fees for a Service that you are currently using, Stripe will notify you at least 30 days (or a longer period if Law requires) before the revised Fees apply to you.
Processing Fee At the time each Advance is made, Borrower shall pay to Lender the Processing Fee with respect to such Advance.
Fees and Billing As a condition of use, Subscriber agrees to pay when due all fees and charges for the service package it purchases including any new or additional services, any Custom Services, and for extensions or renewals of the Service Period (“Fees”). Payments shall be made in accordance with Subscriber’s ordering documents. All Fees are payable without offset or deduction and within thirty days of invoice date. All Fees are non-cancellable and non- refundable for the entirety of the Term, and the number or duration of users, storage, subscriptions, features, usage or other Metric purchased cannot be decreased during the Subscription Term. Fees are fixed only for the initial Service Period and Ricoh reserves the right to change the Fees and/or its fee structure in subsequent or renewal periods. Charges for any Custom Services may be invoiced separately by Ricoh. Nonpayment of any Fees shall be grounds for suspension of Services or termination of this Agreement.
Spreads All FX and CFDs available with the Company have spreads which appear on the Trading Platform and/or the Website. The Company has the right to amend its spreads in its discretion from time to time. Such changes shall be effected on the Trading Platform and/or the Website and the Client is responsible to check for updates regularly.

FEES AND SERVICE CHARGES You agree to pay Us any applicable fees or charges, and are responsible for any minimum balance requirements and deposit requirements called for in Our Agreements and Disclosures provided to You when You opened Your Account. In any case and with proper notice to You, fees, charges, balance requirements and deposit requirements may be changed by Us from time to time.
