Fees or Commissions of Brokers. Each Stockholder represents to Buyer that such Stockholder has not dealt with any broker or finder in this transaction and agrees to indemnify Buyer against any loss, cost, or expense, including attorneys' fees, as a result of any claim for a fee or commission asserted by any broker or finder claiming against or through Stockholder with respect to this Agreement or its consummation. Buyer represents to each Stockholder that Buyer has not dealt with any broker or finder in this transaction and agrees to indemnify each Stockholder against any loss, cost, or expense, including attorneys' fees, as a result of any claim for a fee or commission asserted by any broker of finder claiming against or through Buyer with respect to this Agreement or its consummation.
