Fees Payable to VIA. For its operation of the Trading Service, VIA shall be compensated as follows: a. Initial Set-up Fee. Upon execution of this Agreement, Husker Ag shall pay to VIA an initial set-up fee of Five Thousand Five Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($5,550.00) for program modifications and implementation of the Trading Service system.
