Subscriber Fees Sample Clauses

Subscriber Fees. Your subscriber fee will be billed to you and the bill will indicate the due date of your payment. The following may also apply to your subscriber fee.

Subscriber Fees. (a) For each Subscriber with which it has entered into a Subscriber Agreement and to which it furnishes current OPRA Data, Vendor shall pay to OPRA the applicable fees as set forth in the Fee Schedule. Except as may otherwise be stated in the Fee Schedule, such fees shall commence to accrue on the day on which Vendor initially furnishes OPRA Data to a new Subscriber, and thereafter the fee shall be due and payable on a calendar month basis. If Vendor initiates service to a new Nonprofessional Subscriber following the 15th day of any month, or if Vendor discontinues service to a Nonprofessional Subscriber on or before the 15th day of any month, that month’s fee for the service so initiated or discontinued shall be 50% of the regular applicable monthly fee. If any amount due from Vendor to OPRA under this paragraph 8(a) has not been paid by the 30th day after such amount is due, OPRA may impose a late payment charge for each day from and after the due date that the amount remains unpaid. The late payment charge shall be at an annual rate that does not exceed the lesser of (i) the commercial prime rate of interest as last published in The Wall Street Journal prior to the date such charge is computed plus three percent, or (ii) the maximum rate of interest permitted by applicable law. (b) In the event OPRA, in its sole discretion, determines that a person has been improperly approved by Vendor as a Nonprofessional Subscriber, upon written notice of such determination to Vendor, within 20 days of receipt of such notice, Vendor shall pay to OPRA the difference between (i) the amount that would have been billed to that person at the rates applicable to Professional Subscribers since the date of his or her approval as a Nonprofessional Subscriber and (ii) the Nonprofessional Subscriber fees actually paid by Vendor with respect to that person; provided, however, that if Vendor demonstrates to OPRA’s reasonable satisfaction that the improper approval of the Subscriber in question was the result of a good faith error of Vendor, the maximum amount that Vendor shall be required to pay to OPRA under this subsection with respect to any single Subscriber shall be the applicable Professional Subscriber fees for a period of twelve months.

Subscriber Fees. Provider shall pay Owner ten percent (10%) of all --------------- gross revenue received by Provider from residents of the Complexes who subscribe for the VelocityHSI Services (each a "Subscriber"), subject to the limitations set forth in Section 6.3. Additionally, for each new Subscriber enrolled by Owner or Owner's designee, Provider shall pay Owner or such designee twenty-five ($25) dollars.

Subscriber Fees. Customer shall initially assign and allocate each Named Device of the Oracle Applications Programs acquired hereunder to a Subscriber(s) once at no further charge. Each Named Device acquired hereunder shall be assigned and used by only one Subscriber and may not be used by any other Subscriber except as specified in Section 5.D. of this Order Form. For each Subscriber thereafter for which Customer is reassigning or reallocating use of the Named Devices of the Oracle Applications Programs previously assigned and allocated to a previous Subscriber, Customer agrees to pay Oracle a Subscriber fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the applicable net user license fee received by Oracle under this Order Form for the applicable number of Named Devices provided by Customer to the Subscriber. Customer shall not grant Subscribers access to more Named Devices of the Oracle Applications Programs than the maximum number of Named Devices of such Programs licensed under this Order Form. In the event that a Subscriber acquires additional Named Devices from Customer, Customer shall pay additional Subscriber fees as specified above. All Subscriber fees shall be due and payable with the applicable Subscriber report as specified herein.

Subscriber Fees. Subscriber fees are assessed on a one-time or annual basis and are neither prorated nor refundable.

Subscriber Fees. 5.1 WSI offers multiple services that provide access to different Subscribed Products and Services. Subscriber agrees to pay and WSI agrees to accept the following basic fees for the membership services (“Subscription”) of WSI described below: 1. Standard Membership Subscription – a yearly membership subscription fee of $10,000 payable by check or wire transfer giving Subscriber an entitlement to full access of the WinStarTM website, services, sample documents, webinars, publications (the “Materials”).

Subscriber Fees. In order to access and continue receiving the Purchased Services, You must pay all fees specified in the Order Confirmation when due from time to time. Fees are calculated and payable based on the number of Purchased User Accounts and the level of Jostle Services You purchased, and not on Your actual usage. Fees paid are non-refundable even if You cease usage of the Purchased Services during the Subscription Term. The number of Purchased User Accounts cannot be decreased during the Subscription Term. Fees for additional Purchased User Accounts added during a Subscription Term will be charged from the beginning of the month in which they were added and for the months remaining in the Subscription Term.
