Fees - Recalculation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, MMSW may further recalculate and revise the Fees on the basis set out in this Agreement and may adjust (either upwards or downwards) the Fees. We may require changes to a filed Annual Xxxxxxx Report following an audit or review by Us. For changes initiated by Us as a result of an audit or review, You are required to report and pay for all WPP from the time You begin Supplying WPP. Penalties and interest will be applied in accordance with the Penalty and Interest Policy.
