New Membership. By Filing this signed Agreement on the WeRecycle Portal you are hereby becoming a Member. In connection therewith, You agree that, while a Member, You are prohibited from fulfilling your Producer Obligations under the Regulation other than pursuant to Your membership in Our Stewardship Program Plan (such as by fulfilling those obligations yourself, or by contracting with a third party, or by joining another PPP stewardship program approved by the Director).
New Membership. By Filing this signed Agreement on the WeRecycle Portal you are hereby becoming or continuing as a Member. In connection therewith, You agree that, while a Member, You are prohibited from entering into an agreement with another person to operate a like program or by fulfilling those obligations yourself.
New Membership. An entity that wishes to become a Member of OAK-TAC must make its request to the Board Secretary. Membership shall be approved upon a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the Voting Members. If approved, that entity must become a signatory and execute this Agreement within 6 months of approval by the Board to become a Member of OAK-TAC.
New Membership. (a) The Employer agrees that it will advise each newly hired employee of the Union security and check-off provisions provided in this Collective Agreement, and refer such employees to the Union for purposes of obtaining a Union card.
(b) All employees as a condition of employment shall sign a Union membership application card before commencing work.
(c) All new employees must become members of the Union before completing the thirty (30) calendar days of employment and they must maintain Union membership in good standing as a condition of continued employment.
(d) For new employees, the deduction of Union dues will commence with the first pay period after the date of employment, and initiation fees will commence with the first pay period after thirty (30) calendar days of employment.
(e) The Employer agrees to notify the Union of all new employees in writing including their addresses and telephone numbers. Such lists shall be provided to the Union no later than the 15th of each calendar month.
New Membership. 8.1 Any Non-Party shall be permitted to join Gemini subject to the unanimous agreement of the Partners who shall determine the terms under which the Non-Party shall be invited to join.
8.2 Where a Non-Party joins Gemini, this Agreement shall be amended such that the Non-Party becomes a Party to the Agreement and accepts and abides by the terms thereof.
New Membership. By both registering with AMS and filing this signed Agreement on the WeRecycle Portal you are hereby becoming a Member of the class of persons described in the ISP as participants in the ISP and agree with AMS to participate in and to be bound by the ISP. In connection therewith, You agree that, while a Member, You are prohibited from fulfilling your Member Responsibility Obligations under the Legislation other than pursuant to Your membership in Our Industry Stewardship Plan (such as by fulfilling those obligations yourself, or by contracting with a third party, or by joining another Industry Stewardship Plan approved by WDO for Automotive Materials, or by participating in the MHSW Program operated by Stewardship Ontario).
New Membership. (a) From time to time, the Consortium Committee may wish to propose the addition of other researchers (and their institutions) to the Consortium. To be considered, such new researchers (and institutions) must:
(i) Subscribe to the objectives of the Consortium as set forth in this Agreement;
(ii) Possess excellent research capacities, the quality of which meets or exceeds those of the existing Principal Investigators and Member Institutions;
(iii) Be willing and able to collaborate with existing Principal Investigators and non-member affiliates, and their investigators, as necessary or appropriate to accomplish the objectives of the Consortium; and
(iv) Be willing and able to utilize and comply with the existing Consortium processes for approving and conducting Annual Research Plans and Budgets and individual Scopes of Study.
(b) New membership shall be subject to approval by MRF, upon recommendation by the Consortium Committee. Each new Member Institution must become party to a Member Agreement with MRF, which Member Agreement shall also be signed by the new Member Institution’s Principal Investigator(s) in his/her(their) capacity(ies) as an employee(s) of new Member Institution.
New Membership. A request by a public agency to join the Northern Michigan Library Network shall be submitted to the NMLN Board of Directors President. Within 30 days of receipt, the NMLN Board Chair will submit the request for new membership to the NMLN Board and to each of the participating public library members. Within 60 days of receipt, the public libraries shall provide a written response.
New Membership. All employees subject to this Agreement who are not members of the Association on the effective date of this Agreement, and all employees subject to this Agreement who are hired at a time subsequent to the effective date of this Agreement, shall, as a condition of employment, become members in good standing of the Association within thirty (30) calendar days of the effective date of this Agreement or within thirty (30) calendar days of the hire date, whichever is applicable. Such employee shall then maintain membership in the Association in good standing during the period of this Agreement.
New Membership. From time to time, the EC shall consider the addition of new Academic Partners or Sponsors to the Consortium. In order to be considered for membership, the new Member must:
4.1.1 Subscribe to the objectives of the Consortium as set forth in this Agreement;
4.1.2 Be willing and able to utilize and comply with the existing Consortium processes for approving and conducting Consortium research projects. New membership shall be subject to execution of this Agreement by the new Partner, and approval as set forth in 4.2 below.
