Common use of Fees Related to Insurance and Legal Matters Clause in Contracts

Fees Related to Insurance and Legal Matters. If Owner requests or instructs Broker to coordinate or communicate with any insurance carrier regarding any casualty to or on the Property or if Owner requests or instructs Broker to appear in any legal proceeding or deposition related to the Property (including, but not limited to, evictions, tenant disputes, security deposit disputes, and suits for damages), Owner will pay Broker $125 per appearance for Broker’s time expended in such matter and in preparation of such matters. Fees under this Paragraph 11G are earned at the time the services are rendered and payable upon Owner’s receipt of Broker’s invoices.
